Experience Shinrin Yoku in SF Bay Area
Join us for a shinrin-yoku walk--find out what it's all about from one of our growing number of guides. Shinrin-yoku is unlike any nature walk you have experience before. We will walk 2-3 hours and cover less than a mile. We focus on our senses to develop an immediate connection with the forest. This is a very relaxed, slow, and mindful way of walking that has many proven health benefits. More>
What a relief to not even think about getting to the end of the trail - pausing, reflecting, enjoying all along the way.
Forest Bathing is an amazing practice that allowed me to truly let go of day to day concerns and feel what being present is all about! Amos Clifford is a excellent guide for this practice. His experience, and calm steady voice of invitations, assists one to easily drop into the delightful gifts that nature has to offer, if we just open up and be willing to receive. I highly recommend Amos as a guide for experiencing the deeply beautiful practice of forest bathing! Devani, Sedona AZ
7 walks in 7 weeks Immersion
The full benefits of shinrin-yoku are experienced with repetition. By walking once a week for seven weeks, we will have ample opportunity to experience a wide array of connective activities. You are likely to begin noticing cumulative effects after the 3rd week: increased energy, moods stabilized toward the happy end of the spectrum, and a quieter, more connected mind. More>
Thank you so much for the amazing experience I have had. I have done a lot of training in different countries and I enjoyed this one the most. I could really feel the love and passion from the team and the willingness to share.
I appreciated having a guide on this unique journey and having the chance to listen to other participants share their observations. He provided a welcoming, safe and gently engaged container for us to explore our connection with the place. And he had great suggestions on how we could play with our experience and try a new way of being.
